I know the thought of quitting can be scary, but it is so worth the effort. You will get some great ideas about how to prepare for your quit, and how to keep your quit, on this site. I know that you have some doubts, and that is only natural. But you really can quit. You might use an NRT or a combination of them to help with your cravings. And you have to be flexible and realize that you will have to change some of your routines. You will have to distract yourself, and drink lots of water. And you should have a support system in place.
All of these things will help you to quit. Believe in yourself. You can do it.
