    I like to share that is feeling great to eat salad fruit, to get rid of the crave! Small portion will give you energy, 0 calories and a lot of new Flavors that helps you to clear up our scenes!

    Hi Brieffree,

    I too am a big fan of salads and fruit. I really go for blueberries on my cereal in the mornings, and fruit cocktail as a snack. My latest favorite snack is an avocado. As for salad, who wants to stand over a stove cooking vegetables in this hot weather? I enjoy a tossed salad or a coleslaw. My preferred beverages are apple juice, pineapple juice and cranberry juice made from scratch.
