Big congratulations goes out to Sarah from Windsor, ON and Ginette from Moberly Lake, BC for quitting smoking and for winning the First Week Challenge Contest for January 2024!
Sarah quit in December of 2023 after smoking for over 20 years. She decided to go smoke free for health reasons. This was her first time taking part in a contest like this.
This was also the first time Ginette took part in a contest to quit smoking. She had support and encouragement from her family in this journey. Her advice to anyone who is thinking about quitting - "The cravings will end; don't give up".
If you're considering quitting or have quit within the last 3 months the contest for March is open. You can enter your name anytime before the end of the month!
